Service Delivery Manager

Zycron, a Division of BG Staffing is growing and looking for a Service Delivery Manager to assist with day to day candidates management and communication.  

 

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

 

Function as the primary point of contact for consultants and develop relationships

  • Conduct walk-ins for interviews and first day with Account Executives
  • Schedule one-on-one monthly status meetings with consultants, exceptions being our out-of-town consultants.
  • Provide status feedback during weekly BM meetings
  • Address concerns or issues
  • Provide policy clarification and enforcement
  • Escalate problems to BM and Account Executives
  • Document meetings and conversations in Bullhorn
  • Schedule individual and group lunches (with prior approval by mgmt.)
  • Work with HR in scheduling and planning consultant social functions (with prior approval by mgmt.)
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and foster ongoing relationships with past employees and contractors

 

Conduct performance evaluations and compensation reviews

  • Team with Account Executives to obtain client feedback for annual review
  • Obtain consultants self-evaluation
  • Meet with consultants to conduct annual review, if applicable
  • Discuss compensation increase, if applicable

 

Manage employee corrective action, discipline and terminations

  • Work with AE to determine issues and problems
  • Meet with consultants to discuss and fix problems when possible
  • In partnership with HR Manager provide verbal/written warnings as necessary
  • Conduct termination meetings with HR Manager

 

Employee Retention

  • Establish relationships in order to maximize employee retention
  • Maintain established turn-over and attrition goals

 

Manage consultant’s transition from assignment to assignment

  • Determine bench potential “upcoming terms”
  • Establish clear expectations with consultant about re-marketing and end date
  • Obtain updated resume
  • Distribute and discuss resume and Re-Marketing Form with AEs
  • Maintain communication during the transition process

 

Attend Branch Manager Meetings

  • Report to the group on consultant statuses  
  • Participate in discussion to resolve consultant issues
  • Provide weekly status updates to Branch Manager

 

Provide Employee Recognition

  • Select monthly Focus Award recipients based on Account Executives client feedback
  • Host quarterly focus luncheons

 

Manage Continuing Education Program

  • Assist employees with approval forms and process
  • Identify training options

 

Manage renewal process for subcontractors

  •   Produce new work order and manage process
  •   Obtain updated Certificate of Insurance

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of people 
  • Strong software skills and ability to work within microsoft office as well as internal CRM
