NOTE:

Day to day responsibilities: This one is specific to infrastructure and operations in the information security area. Backfilling for overflow work. This resource would be working on projects that are there to keep the lights on such as updating servers, securing data, and infrastructure. There could be an opportunity to work on some health care applications but mostly it will be infrastructure and operations and security type work.

1. Strong communicator (written and verbal). They will be working with business partners and senior colleagues and will need to be able to communicate. They will have a lot of visibility in the company. Good grammar and be able to present on what's happening in the project.

2. People who are really good at closing. Taking something off of the drawing board and pushing it through to implementation. Anticipating needs and making that happen.

3. Somebody who has worked in Project Management for a long time. Be able to fill in the blanks. Good conflict negotiation skills and ability to influence. If you want your work to be pushed to the top of the pile you have to use your own influence. This resource does not have to be PM certified but it certainly helps. Probably 8-5 small to medium projects at one time. Between 5-7 years of solid PM experience with enterprise level experience.
