Help Desk Manager
Zycron is hiring a proactive Help Desk Manager for a direct-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN.
- This position will oversee 5 direct reports and a Tier 1 vendor who provides additional support for the help desk.
- The group supports the corporate office and three satellite sales offices
- The manager will not be doing hands-on support, but managing the team and looking for incremental improvements to be made in process and performance.
- The idea candidate will have experience responding to issues for MS Office tools, Windows issues and cell phone problems
- The ideal candidate will have managed a team before and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the business.
